New Jersey Mobile Notary Service presents....Apostille Services

New Jersey Mobile Notary Service, Apostille Certification

New Jersey Mobile Notary Service has been specializing in Apostille Certification (Authentication of documents for international use) and Notary Authentication for over 5 years.  The Apostille, which authenticates the signatures and stamps appearing on most documents, is becoming increasingly popular.  Countries around the world are adopting this validation procedure for its simplicity and worldwide acceptance.

In accordance with the resolutions reached at The Hague Convention held on October 5th, 1961 diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and other documents issued in one country can be officially legalized in other countries if they are accompanied by a notarial certification and a apostille . This means that every country is legally required to recognize your Apostilled documents as genuine without argument.

Notarized Authentication consists of a notarized document attached to your degree or other documents, stating that the attached document has been fully earned, approved and granted.  The authentication prepares your document to be taken before your secretary of state or embassy where it can be Apostilled, if you wish.

This method is sometimes used by Employers and Agencies who require degree holders to have their degrees “legalized or authenticated.  Authentication consists of a notarized document which is attached to your degree, stating that the attached degree document has been fully earned, approved and granted.
